When we Upload Lesson Plan (Complete Detail)

 Assalamoalaikum 

1) the submission for teaching practice code 8608 is open. Last date to submit the work is March 27, 2021. 

2) No extension will be given after due date. So, please upload the work before due date. 

3) the submission mode is just like assignments of other courses. So you have to upload pdf file of your work. And you do not need to provide google drive link. 

4) the scanned document/pdf file of lesson plans (atleast 40 lesson plans developed during teaching practice), teaching practice completion certificate & attendance record of 8608 student must be compiled in one file. It will be uploaded in “teaching practicum (6 weeks)” option. The file size must be less than 5 MB. 

Students of BEd (1.5 year) who studied leadership & management area in their second semester, will compile 20 lesson plans, one teaching practicum report, teaching practice completion certificate and attendance record of 8608 students in one file for uploading in “teaching practicum (6 weeks)” option. The file size must be less than 5 MB. 

5) Final lesson plan 1 and final lesson plan 2 must be compiled in one scanned file/one pdf file for uploading in “final lessons” link. Remember it must be written lesson plans. The file size must be less than 5 MB. No video recording of final lessons is required at this stage. 

Students of BEd (1.5 year) who studied leadership & management area in their second semester, will compile final lesson plan 1 & one action plan into one scanned file/pdf file for uploading in “final lessons” link. The file size must be less than 5 MB. Remember it must be written lesson plans. No video recording of final lessons is required at this stage. 

6) the live presentation of final lessons is yet to be scheduled. It will be through Aaghi LMS portal. And the date for presentation will be communicated to you very soon. 

7) students will not upload anything in workshop marks link. Ask students to Leave it as it is. Students have already completed this work during workshop. 

8) in order to keep file size less than 5 MB, you must scan a document. Please do not capture picture of each page of lesson plan; it will result into big size document. You can scan your work by installing a scan application in your cell phone or can get a scan file from a scanner attached with personal computer.
